Rich Fortier
Rich FortierOwner/Project Coordinator
Rich Fortier is the co-owner of No Limit Construction, LLC. He is the license holder with the State of Connecticut for the Home Improvement Contracting and the Master Electrical License for the organization. Rich has lived in Connecticut his entire life and began working in the construction field when he was a child by working with his family in their business. Growing up in Wolcott, CT and now residing in Harwinton, CT values supporting and being a local business.

Throughout the tenure of his career Rich has traveled across the nation as an electrician/carpenter working on projects for large corporations as well as, worked as a project manager for a local restoration company specializing in repairing properties after losses related to fire and water damage.

Rich loves working in this field as he enjoys networking, meeting new people and helping people achieve their visions through their home and business improvement projects.

Matt Behlman
Matt BehlmanOwner/Project Coordinator
Matt Behlman has been restoring and renovating homes for over twenty five years. He started his career in the late nineties after trade school by becoming a one on one apprentice in Fairfield county for several years working in some of the finest homes in CT. Matt then changed things up and moved into the insurance restoration industry helping people rebuild their homes after the effects of loss due to fire, water, and natural disasters. During this time he advanced his career starting as a carpenter and working up to being a production manager and eventually a large loss estimator and expert building consultant working with some of the largest insurance companies in the state.

In 2021, Matt, along with Rich, decided to combine their knowledge and experiences in pursuit of building a company dedicated to quality craftsmanship with honest and dependable service.
